just another stupid MLM

me and few of my buddies hanging out at mamak stall around shah alam area. the mamak stall was packed as usual and none of us notice anything unusual about that place. as we were enjoying our dinner and chit chat.... and suddenly a man from nearby table rised from his chair and shouted "kite gegarkan malaysia" followed by cheers from the people around him. i asked one of my friend what was that all about.

"MLM la ni kot"replied one of my friends. as i peered at them, i noticed most of them are wearing black attire. our conversation was interrupted by a man which at the sudden accosted us. he is fellow acquaintance of my friend but not very close one. as he greet us, he told us that he has some "benda baik to share with us. yeah....your right, the "benda baik" is just another stupid MLM thing and he is one of the stupid MLM group i just mention above. since all of us did not want to offend him. we let him proceed.(i regret this kind of action though)

i could not recall exactly what he said, but amongst the things i could remember:

"bussines ni berasakan internet bro"....bla bla bullshit....bla bla stupid...."benda nie baru lagi brader, compare dengan MLM lain yg org da ramai masuk, bisnes ni x ramai org tau lagi. kalau korg masuk sng cark org......bla bla bluffing.."kalau korg nak tau lebey lanjut,join ar seminar kiteorg kat tapi aku nasihatkan korg jgn bawak awekla, bukan ape.takot awek korg jatuh ati kat brader2 bisness ni yg da succes biler tgk kete2 dieorg sperti mazda RX-8,harrier....bla bla (ni sumpah aku annoying giler dgn statement dier walaupun aku x de awek)....bla bla"aku 3 bulan masuk da dpt 5 ribu, da ar aku buat sambil blaja,so korg x yah la nak cakap blaja sebagai alasan x nak masuk bisnes ni"...bla bla.

well as we all know MLM (multi level marketing) who bear the same meaning as direct selling or pyramid selling is a kind of marketing strategy that used the sale force through compensating promoter concept. which the sales profit gained is not merely limited to personnel sales effort. but also through other promoter sales that they introduced to the company. creating downline of distributor and hierarchy of multiple level of compensation in form of pyramid.(<<

enough with the brief explanation and back to the thing that guys just said.

this is the kind of people who just want to be on the top of the pyramid system. people no longer attracted to the product has to ofter,but just the lucrative money involved. they sometimes dare to go far beyond human morale....yeah, thats right, this is including swindle the people money who registered to become their downline. they tend to justify their action if their downline fail to bring any downline under them by stating that the downliner do not por enough effort to find more people. and once you fail, they abandon you just like that. the victims are always the one at the bottom of the pyramid. i speak this base on my experience watching my friend deceived into this kind of so called instant rich scheme.

i looked back at the MLM guy, seeing only dollar symbol in his eyes.

"sorry ar bro,kiteorg tak minat ar, lagipon MLM ni pon haram hukumnya"
